Another Sunny Day behind Glass

The sun shines much these early spring days in Holland ,and there is also a clear blue sky-but it is still not much spring-because it is so could.Here last week firing;a beach theme collage(also using figures I have show before).I like the transparent black glaze in contrast with the dull glazed parts in the piece.

The Happy Family

Having children, a dog and a car is often the stereotype of the happy family. I want to work this out in a ceramic collage.Here a study;the idea is to combine larger greenware tile work ,with small glazed or biscuit ware.

Of course there would occur the technical problem about the different shrinking.It is a challenge to find a solution.
